Job Title: Senior Business Analyst/BSA (OMS, FIX, Front office trading)

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week WFO)

Pay Rate: CAD 65-70/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED

10+ years of experience as BSA/BA in Banking/Capital Markets

Exp. in supporting trading platforms and workflows

Strong exp. with OMS/EMS architecture, FIX protocol, market/client connectivity

Experience designing and implementing trading workflows across cash equities, listed & OTC derivatives, and FX

Experience in money market instruments (e.g., REPO, stock borrowing and lending)

Technical fluency, including SQL and stored procedures and Python

Understanding of synthetics and swap products and associated implementations, including TRS, FX Swaps, IRS etc.

Strong command of front-office trading data domains
