We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workday Specialist / Business Analyst on the HR Technology Team to support enhancements, optimization, and functional projects across our Workday HCM landscape. This role is ideal for someone whobines deep Workday configuration experience, strong HR functional knowledge, and exceptional customer-facing and requirements gathering skills. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT to design solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
