We are looking for a collaborative and influential Business Analyst for our Internal Systems Team as a part of our Head Office operations. You can be based out of Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary . You will work proactively with our clients to identify opportunities, scope problems and co‑create potential solutions that solve business problems. Owning the discovery phase, you will elicit, understand, assess, and document the business requirements, processes and reporting needs to ensure successful delivery of data modernization projects. From facilitating Scrum rituals to leading efforts for continuous improvement, you will work closely with our development teams, removing roadblocks, creating user stories, and establishing and managing process. Your strong communication and coordination skills will promote a high functioning team environment by managing expectations and adapting to stakeholders’ preferred project management methods.
