Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Egypt. They are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with a background in the Real Estate sector to join their team in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the preparation of project business plans and cash flows
Developing annual and quarterly budgets
Developing portfolio consolidation and rolling out tracking from a financial perspective
Coordinating with development teams to progress/achieve the agreed Business Plan
Preparing monthly sales and inventory reports, and identifying solutions for slow-moving products
Identifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studies
Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibility studies, business plans, and budgets
Ensuring product pricing and product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams
