We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Live‑In Building Manager for a property in Burnaby. You will be New Vista's representative in matters of resident relations and responsible for security, maintenance and administrative functions. You will be the front‑line contact for our tenants to ensure successful tenancies, the safety an well‑being of tenants, and the effective operation, maintenance and report of the building. Responsible to ensure public and common areas are maintained, and on‑line records and other files/records are accurate/maintained. This role is live-in position.
