Join Our Team as a Building Manager!

We are currently looking for a Building Manager for a residential property based in Tsawwassen. This will be a full-time position. The Building Manager is responsible for interaction between residents, the strata council, and the property manager, and to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the building.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the site as directed by PM
• Routinely patrol the site and report issues/damage
• Send correspondences for towing, fines, levies upon PM approval
• Consistent communication with property manager to ensure the building is secure, maintained and running smoothly
• Coordinate trades upon the approval of PM
• Respond promptly to tenant questions and requests
• Coordinate and log move in/out bookings
