Introduction

Brunel is seeking a Building Consultant – Property Condition Assessments to perform thorough site assessments which include technical problem solving as well as quality assurance checks. The incumbent in this role also prepares quality reports following each onsite assessment in a timely fashion and provides sound technical consultative advice for clients.

Responsibilities

Property Condition Assessments & Reserve Fund Studies

• Performs property condition assessments (PCAs) and reviews all relevant documents, drawings, etc. pertaining to the project.
• Prepares written reports following site visits.
• Prepares and researches cost estimates for recommended repairs.
• Works on reserve fund studies, performance audits, pre-construction surveys and capital replacement studies.
