The Customer Service Consultant will handle customer inquiries, provide qualified workers to meet client staffing requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, improve the customer experience, and address service concerns. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
