The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and overall success of the assigned brands/categories within the organization. Acting with a General Manager mindset, this individual will lead the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives while maintaining accountability for business performance and brand health. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to develop innovative strategies that drive both short-term results and long-term brand equity.
