Responsibilities
Support branch operations relating to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.
Contact referral sources and customers to obtain information to update electronic patient files.
Facilitate administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring internal and external client needs are met through excellent customer service.
Provide friendly service to customers by giving general information and directing telephone and walk‑in inquiries to appropriate staff.
Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory.
Provide information/literature to prospective clients.
