About This Opportunity

Job Description

The Branch Administrator will be tasked with executing day-to-day operational, administrative, and agent-retention deliverables that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Branch’s corporate objectives. The position is also responsible for the successful implementation of customer service, training plans, and initiatives for our agents, and for assisting our management team with recruitment efforts.

Your regular hours of work will total 40 hours per week and will generally be scheduled within our branch operating hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. While we aim to provide flexibility where possible, scheduling may vary from time to time based on operational needs.
