We’re looking for a part- time and/or full-time Bookkeeper who lives and breathes QuickBooks Online , keeps financial records spotless, and communicates clearly in English.

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Quality of Earnings and due diligence services for online business acquisitions. They work with business buyers—searchers, aggregators, family offices, and first-time acquirers—to help them make confident, informed decisions.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop and XERO (experience desired, not mandatory)
• Handle reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP management, and month‑end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
