About the Role

We are seeking a QuickBooks-certified Bookkeeper with 3–5 years of experience to manage daily bookkeeping tasks and client reconciliations. This role also includes training to support simple tax preparation using Thomson Reuters software, as well as light administrative support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients.
• Complete client account reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Maintain well-organized financial records within QuickBooks.

Tax Preparation Support

• Learn and assist with preparing simple tax returns using Thomson Reuters software.
