About the Role

As a Booking & Adventure Agent, you’ll be the face of our store, helping visitors plan unforgettable adventures in Banff and surrounding areas. This is a sales-focused, guest-experience role with plenty of perks and opportunities to get outside.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors in store, over the phone, by email and through our online chat system in a professional manner
• Create and manage bookings made online, in person, and over the phone
• Liaison with suppliers daily
• Handle cash, debit and credit card payments with accuracy
• Create custom itineraries, assist guests with inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
