Tour guides/captains demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to ensure a high level of customer service is given to each guest.
Operate tour boats with the safety of all passengers as the primary focus, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.
Provide an interpretive tour experience in accordance with our programming standards to ensure all visitors to Maligne Lake have an enjoyable and valuable experience.
Assist guests with any needs while on tour and at Spirit Island including assistance on/off the boat, photograph taking, answering questions and providing interpretive points as per our Maligne Lake programming requirements.
Maintain trip and mechanical logs.
Operate in a 1st responder role under direction from home base to any on-water incidents that may occur during your tour.
