Board of Directors – Imagine Canada We seek five dedicated volunteers to join our Board of Directors. Board members meet six times a year, through a blend of in-person and videoconference meetings, and are expected to join a committee or working group. The time commitment averages 2-4 hours per month.
Board members are encouraged to make a personal financial gift as an expression of commitment; there is no minimum gift amount.
The board follows a governance-as-leadership model and operates on a senior decision‑making body with all directors involved.
