This laboratory is known to follow rigorous quality standards and process controls to meet state and local regulatory requirements. They are looking to hire an California Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) and ASCP Certified SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) OR Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS) to oversee a high complexity blood bank department.

Responsibilities include: manage and control all daily laboratory operations, including all laboratory staff, budget, environment, and work processes.
