Trial/Probation Period: 840 hours worked

Qualifications

MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science area (or a related discipline), including laboratory analysis techniques is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in empirical rheology for flour analysis is preferred.
