In this role reporting to the BIM Director, you will manage BIM processes across various projects, implementing the firm's BIM vision. You'll plan project start-ups, develop BIM management plans, support and supervise BIM coordinators, and maintain model quality standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to strategic objectives and enhance innovation practices within the firm.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and structure BIM project start-up activities • Develop and implement BIM Management Plans (BMP) • Coordinate deliverables and ensure interdisciplinary collaboration • Supervise and mentor BIM coordinators effectively • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC processes
