ACCOUNTING BILLING SPECIALIST

Synergy Business Lawyers LLP is a boutique business law firm in downtown Vancouver known for exceptional, personalized client service. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Billing Specialist supports billing, collections, invoice processing, and day‑to‑day administrative operations in a busy legal environment.

• Assist with the monthly billing and collection process;
• Assist with the recording and payment of approved invoices;
• Provide administrative support to the ongoing business operations of Synergy Business Lawyers LLP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the monthly billing process, including preparing and circulating WIP reports, pre‑bills, and client invoices under the direction of the Director of Finance and lawyers.
