We’re looking for a Billing Coordinator to ensure our clients receive accurate invoices on time, manage accounts receivable, and provide exceptional customer service using GetQuorum tools.
What You’ll Do
Issue timely and accurate invoices using GetQuorum’s software and Chargebee.
Contact clients to ensure payment of outstanding invoices and resolve client questions.
Maintain accuracy and validity of information in the CRM and billing software.
Track and record payments in collaboration with the accounting department.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Collaborate with accounting and sales departments.
Track signatures on Master Service Agreements and distribute Certification of Service to clients.
