Responsibilities
Provide customer support and manage client communications
Handle calls and email inquiries
Administrative tasks: accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
Marketing and Social Media Management
Comply with client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures
Proactively stay updated with changes in SOPs and guidelines
Follow VirtuallyinCredible’s guidelines in daily tasks
Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to internal and external stakeholders
