Reporting to the Director of Training and Development, you will perform training needs assessments and deliver classroom and virtual training. Your key skills should include project management, strong communication, and proficiency with Learning Management Systems to support training initiatives that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training materials for new procedures and brand standards
• Build and facilitate engaging virtual classroom training
• Conduct in-store training for new franchise partners
• Host live online training events for team members
• Administer and update the Learning Management System
