Responsibilities
Act as a leader in improving the technology experience within Compass operations in the Quebec region.
Identify gaps in efficiency and offerings, then explore solutions from operational, marketing, or technical perspectives.
Facilitate calls and meetings with business partners to advise on the benefits of technologies to support growth in food service and hospitality.
Lead analysis and discovery activities for technology deployments, support solution scoping, and recommend the best technology solution for each project.
Manage project pipelines, conduct budgeting calculations, prepare cost estimates, and provide ongoing support during deployments.
