Manage the end-to-end recruitment for our high-volume administrative hires, including:
Partner with leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting tactics to hit headcount goals for our administrative and high-volume role portfolio
Identify and implement strategic sourcing plans by creatively conducting research and utilizing a multitude of resources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Serve as a skilled problem solver, facilitator and coach in final negotiations
Resume screen, phone screen, conduct interviews, administer aptitude tests, conduct background checks, and manage the details related to employment offers, and closing of your roles <...
