Responsibilities

Qualifications

• English level B2+.
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO or call center environments (banking, billing, or finance preferred).
• Stability is non‑negotiable.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with phone‑based professional interactions.

Offer

• Salary: $3,000,000 COP (no bonuses).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (42.5 hours).
