Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Regional Vice President of Sales for Canteen Canada, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Work as a key member of Sales Leadership team (SLT) to support and accelerate overall growth of Canteen Canada’s market share
Develop, implement and evaluate national sales strategies and objectives
Lead the New Business & Growth support resources including market insight & prospecting, proposal responses & presentation development, proforma process, analytics and benchmarking
Provide leadership and coaching to the sales organization
Lead sales planning, proposal and RFP processes
Accountable for the annual sales performance management cadence
Own the CRM sales planning and reporting process and work closely with the CGO to set annual targets
Ensure voice of customer, consumer insights and company strategies are embedded in planning
