Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Property Administrator for a client. This is a permanent position with a base salary, benefits, and three (3) weeks of vacation. The base salary range is $55,000–$60,000. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home. The work hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Fluency in English and French is required. While experience is valued, we are willing to train a junior candidate who possesses the right communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diversified portfolio of occupied and vacant properties across Canada.
Coordinate property management services for allocated files, including corporate relocation and mortgage recovery.
