About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel in the electric motor assembly line.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor assembly processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and skill levels.
  • Communicate production goals, updates, and issues clearly in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on KPIs such as output, scrap, and downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
