We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead and support teams within our Call Center operations. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring compliance with operational KPIs, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in BPO or Call Center operations, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while meeting business objectives. Previous experience in healthcare customer service environments will be considered a strong advantage.
