Enhance user support experiences as a Bilingual L2 End User Support Specialist. Utilize your English and French skills to provide superior technical support in a 24x7x365 operational environment focused on high performance.
The analyst is tasked with resolving escalated incidents and ensuring service consistency for all end-user technologies. This role requires collaboration with Level 3 teams to tackle complex issues and effective documentation practices for incident management. You will play a crucial part in continuous improvement within the broader IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide flexible Level 2 support for end-user systems
• Triage incidents and resolve higher-complexity issues
• Support desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals
• Maintain detailed incident documentation and reporting
