We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience working with U.S. carriers and transportation companies to join our logistics support team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight loads, scheduling delivery and pickup appointments, and maintaining effective communication with clients and carriers via customer portals and email.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a stable work history, strong skills in freight management systems, and the ability to resolve service issues promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
