Join a proactive team as a Bilingual HR & Compensation Advisor, specializing in payroll and compensation management. This hybrid role is designed for those with strong HR skills and a passion for collaboration.
As an HR leader reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, you will spearhead payroll processes while managing pension administration and compensation strategies. With a solid foundation of five years’ experience, especially in unionized environments, you will collaborate with managers and union representatives to navigate complex HR challenges. Your familiarity with HRIS and regulatory compliance will be critical in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for compliance
• Manage pension and benefits plan accuracy
• Ensure data integrity within the Dayforce HRIS
• Support compensation strategy development and equity
• Guide employees on HR-related inquiries and policies
