JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires an individual who will apply their knowledge of our client products and peripheral devices to support pre-sales validation and post-sales implementation activities at a highly technical level. These activities include application testing and development to find the right hardware and/or software solution, as well as troubleshooting complex support cases. The candidate will be required to perform a wide variety of tasks to help achieve the continuous business growth of the company.
