About This Opportunity

Dynamic Bilingual Administrative Assistant role to support project coordination and team operations. Manage documents, oversee logistics, and ensure effective communication in a hybrid environment.

In this position, you will assist the director in managing daily projects and handling client interactions. Responsibilities include revising and organizing documentation, facilitating meetings, and maintaining the confidentiality of various files. Your operational support will enhance the overall performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Corriger et créer des documents administratifs
• Participer au suivi des projets et dossiers
• Coordonner la logistique des réunions
• Gérer les commandes et le budget de bureau
• Rédiger les notes de réunion en temps réel

Requirements:
• 5 ans d'expérience en bureautique nécessaire
• Maîtrise du français écrit et parlé requise
• Compétences solides en rédaction
