Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual

Location: Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1

Hourly Pay: $36 to $40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.
• Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging/bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience/bookkeeping a plus.
