Interface with customer for pertinent information regarding each bid.
Follow up with customer or business development manager on status of each proposal submitted until expiration date or until a selection has been made.
Obtain feedback (competition, price, schedule, technical, etc.) on each proposal once a decision is made and forward to bid and proposal and business development managers.
Perform and/or coordinate detailed proposal write-ups, when required.
Create response letter for each assigned proposal.
Responsible for the timely completion and submittal of each assigned proposal in coordination with business development manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Associate level requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
