About This Opportunity

Overview

The Benefits & Payroll Coordinator reports to the Manager, Total Rewards and has a dotted reporting line to the Manager, Payroll. The role administers Armstrong Collective’s benefits programs, serves as the primary point of contact for benefits, and ensures a high‑quality employee experience through dependable service, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail. The role also provides essential administrative and reporting support to the payroll function, contributing to accurate processing and compliance.

Key Areas of Accountability

Benefits Program Support and Administration

  • Administers all employee benefits, RRSP, and other retirement savings programs, including new hire enrollments, life events, coverage changes, and status updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
