Reporting to the Vice President (VP), Business Development the Benefits Consultant is responsible for growing the portfolio of Medium and Large Market clients. The Benefits Consultant is responsible for achieving sales results, finding, and qualifying leads, and bringing new business opportunities to close. The Benefits Consultant sells product and services available throughout the Enterprise though is primarily focused on Group Benefits. They are comfortable working with C‑Suite, Senior Leadership, and client decision makers to move forward new business development.
