This is a hybrid role, this position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor BDC effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, optimize strategies, and demonstrate BDC ROI for the dealership.
- Drive national lead conversion, ensure positive customer experiences, handle complaints, and train the Business Managers team on BDC methodology.
- Monitor performance metrics regularly.
- Conduct monthly reviews to assess progress.
- Set clear, achievable targets for each quarter.
- Provide feedback and support to improve performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators.
- Develop strategies and action plans to drive conversion rates results
- Set up the overall scope, system interfaces, and handover processes, including consideration of use cases from other areas (IT, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
