Responsibilities
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Provides support and recommendations to Relationship Managers and employees filling Business Continuity roles based on BCM Policy, Guidelines, Mandate(s) and industry best practices.
Complete health checks on plans in preparation for semi-annual reporting and ensure data fidelity to facilitate accurate reporting.
May be required to provide 24/7 incident management On-Call support per schedule, following up until issue/event is closed.
Conducts initial checks on plans, in support of business continuity Plan Reviews in accordance with BCM requirements or as required.
