+ Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to function sheets and hotel standards (tables, linens, glassware, cutlery, and décor). + Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to the event. + Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service to guests during events. + Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages in a timely and professional manner. + Follow sequence of service as per IHG brand standards. + Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. + Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow. + Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate concerns to supervisors when required. + Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. + Handle equipment and operating supplies responsibly to avoid damage or loss. + Support other F&B outlets when required based on operational needs.
