Our client is a leading full-service law firm headquartered in Mississauga with multiple additional offices across the region. They are currently looking to add an entrepreneurial Lawyer with 3+ years experience in Bankruptcy and Insolvency matters.

Your new role

In this new role, you will be exposed to financial reorganizations, debt restructurings, debtor and creditor rights, security enforcement, forbearance/standstill arrangements, receivership and related matters for financial institutions, court and privately appointed receivers, interim receivers and liquidators, landlords, suppliers, trustees in bankruptcy, corporate and individual borrowers, and other interested parties.
