Become the Accommodation Services Manager in Banff, where operational excellence meets client satisfaction. This full-time, onsite role requires a hands-on approach to service and staff management.
Work will be conducted on Norquay Road, emphasizing the importance of close supervision of daily operations. The role includes training staff, developing business plans, preparing budgets, and responding promptly to customer feedback and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate accommodation staff
• Develop and manage operational policies and business strategies
• Prepare budgets and monitor both revenues and expenses
• Ensure effective maintenance and service delivery
• Address customer complaints and assist with special needs
Requirements:
• Must be a permanent resident or have a valid work permit in Canada
• Significant experience in accommodation or hospitality services
