**Responsibilities**:
- Provides end to end facilities operations services including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities.
- Supports the critical infrastructure capacities, upgrades & data center capacity planning, in the critical systems environments organization, supporting all critical systems locations in region.
- Responsible for coordination of critical infrastructure database, reporting the teams data center activities, planning, goals and project tracking.
- Partners with Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) to identify, evaluate and validate all satellite technology locations throughout region.
- Developes and coordinates all monthly reporting, processing all data center facilities work requests, real estate management system critical project management & reporting, maintenance and updating of sharepoint site and maintaining region's critical infrastructure electrical capacities.
