Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and z/OS tools Participate in the full software development lifecycle — design, coding, testing, and deployment Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe application issues Collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver technical solutions Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to J&M standards Support performance tuning and optimization of mainframe workloads Requirements
3+ years of hands-on IBM Mainframe development experience Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and/or DB2 Experience with z/OS operating environment and IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within Agile/hybrid delivery teams Experience with mainframe DevOps tools (e.g., Endevor, ChangeMan, Zowe) is a plus
