+ No Loading/Unloading: The trailer is loaded for you at the farm - you need to supervise it.
+ Cargo Oversight: You are responsible for monitoring the load, pulling tarps on trailers based on weather conditions, and ensuring animal welfare standards are met during transit.
+ Assigned Equipment: Dedicated, late-model tractor - you will have an assigned truck
