Role OverviewWe're looking for an AV Events Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Sr.Manager – Broadcast.In this role you will help shape how we deliver high‐quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Monday.com boards to track, prioritize and organize AV event projects.Serve as the main liaison between the AV team and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely project information.Join client AV calls, capture detailed requirements and translate them into clear action items for the AV team.Bridge communication between the AV, Events and other internal departments to ensure alignment and project success.Support on‐time, on‐budget delivery of all AV projects by maintaining strong communication channels and organized workflows.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant exp...
