About This Opportunity

Sussex Insurance – Inside Superstore, 160 st in South Surrey  is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our growing team. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2 agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter with Autoplan insurance services

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently

  • Provide accurate product information and policy advice

  • Help customers select appropriate insurance products and services

  • Recommend additional products or upgrades when appropriate (upselling)

    • Qualifications:

  • Level 1 or Level 2 Autoplan license required

  • Experience with ICBC Policy Center is highly preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
