Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with potential buyers using CRM and Upgrade System • Make 40 outgoing calls daily to engage potential customers • Participate in daily sales workshops and weekly meetings • Maintain high CSI, exceeding regional and national averages • Ensure effective turnover of customers to F&I during sales
